total international revenue; broadcast & online was £2,075m. ITV studios revenue
was £1,582m.
It
has the largest share of the UK TV advertising market at 47.6%. This is significant as many young people choose to watch
programmes online (take Netflix as an example) due to the ease of access and
choice of when they get to watch it.
21 million people are registered for the online ITV Hub service.
ITV broadcasts a
wide variety of content on its free-to-air channels. Their investment in
programming is mainly funded by television advertising revenue. (Adverts played
